“I just want to say how very impressed I am with the fantastic service I received today. I came in at 10am to get 2 new rear tyres and, during the work being done, Stuart (Stewart?) came to see me and then took me through to the workshop to explain an issue with the tyre pressure monitor system in great detail. I said I was happy to pay the extra to get him to do what needed to be done and I was so pleased that he later explained to me how he had changed the sensor and tested it but that I should watch for the warning light coming on. The best bit was that he later called me at home to ask how the car had performed on the way back home to Kelso. Now that is excellent customer care! The excellent professionalism, the high standard of workmanship and the brilliant level of customer care shown to me today by Stuart is just utterly tremendous! He is a credit to your Company and it is workers like him that will guarantee customers like me coming back every time.
